From the moment I arrived, Jason—my service advisor—treated me like a friend, not just a customer. He sent me regular updates, photos, and even videos so I always knew what was happening with my car. His communication was proactive and personal, and when things got complicated (rear axle and bushing issues followed by a sudden brake line failure), Jason handled it all with calm professionalism and made sure everything stayed on track. Gary, the service manager, went above and beyond. Not only was he directly involved and accessible, but he also encouraged me to join the local Ferrari Club, which ended up saving me money through discounts. His genuine enthusiasm for the brand and its community was infectious. Anthony in sales was also fantastic—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful.
