Our experience with our salesman Saxxon was great. He really went to bat for us and got us the best deal. He made our buying experience with Lexus of Tulsa very smooth and seamless. We would definitely recommend him and the dealership if you are in the market.
We bought our 3rd Lexus from Curtis at Lexus of Tulsa last week! Our service was outstanding! Curtis is professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He spent a lot of time explaining how to operate all the features. Never rushed or hurried through any of it! Curtis has always taken good care of us! Thank you Curtis for your years of service!!! We appreciate you!!
Sales Rep: Tricia Davies - she gets **5 STARS** all around. Tricia was super friendly, communicative, and very easy to work with. She was the most professional and best sales rep I've ever dealt with when it comes to cars. Finally, a good car sales(wo)man! The dealer as a whole and purchase process however gets 3 to 4 stars: I bought a vehicle from out-of-state and the process was painstakingly slow. Not sure if this was a southern pace thing (no disrespect), but the process took 2.5 months from initial contact to title delivery. Included in this was a 3 week CDK hack delay. The dealership wanted to verify my identity through a notary which took 3 weeks alone - and was not flexible in verifying my identity through other means. The dealer took 2+ weeks to send the title after delivery, which delayed insurance and registration - this part was unacceptable. The dealership was professional, answered emails (but was not proactive enough in its updates).
