2023 Porsche Macan GTS

Tess was awesome! She continually stayed on top of the whole process even though she was super busy! Her managers kept filling in to assist and kept the process smooth Diana was the secret weapon... Knocked me off of my feet! I've bought a lot of cars in the last several years and no doubt she has the gift "from above" to make the finance process seem so effortless. You can tell she's a true, seasoned and a " no nonsense " finance manager Awesome!!

Today we took delivery of our new Macan 4s EV and it was an ABSOUTLEY fantastic experience! Farheen our sales rep has been phenomenal since we first ordered our car! She was always quick to answer our questions and was always just an email or phone call away when questions arose. The general manager, Jahangir, has also been very helpful and timely when answering our questions-particularly when our car was delayed at the port. Kareem was also a pleasure to work with when helping us navigate through all the paperwork. This was our 2nd Porsche purchased through Porsche Chantilly and we continue to have nothing by positive things to say about everyone that we worked with and interacted with. We look forward to working with you all again whenever we are ready for our next purchase!

A wonderful dealership to work with. To be completely honest, I'm a pretty annoying customer, and even still I felt like I was treated incredibly well by the staff here. They were nothing but patient and respectful. Even after I found a few issues with the car I newly purchased, they immediately resolved the problem. Again, a great experience, especially as a first time car buyer.
