I called to arrange a replacement fob for my MDX. I am very impressed by the initial contact and the hospitality when I arrived, even though it took a few phone calls between service and parts to work out all the details. My complaint was that the information I gave to Service in my first call Did not transfer to parts causing me to give that information again and then repeat the information when I was transferred back to Service. I finally got to talk to Marc Cesare who Beautifully got the whole thing sorted out. From that point on everything went smoothly. Should I be back in the area at some point, I will be more than happy to bring my car back to you again. Thanks so much for solving my problem. I’m back on the road. Reggie

I came here with a friend who owns an Acura sedan. I decided to leave a review because I was very pleased with how both she and I were treated at the dealership. First, when we arrived, we were able to pull the car directly into the garage (which was nice because it is raining today). A rep came directly to us and checked us in, and offered to do an oil change under warranty because the due date was approaching. While we were not offered a loaner car or shuttle due to them all being taken, a member of the sales team very kindly offered to drop us off to a nearby shopping mall while we waited for the service. We were safely and comfortably brought over to the mall and had a pleasant conversation with Aziz the salesperson. Thank you Aziz for providing us with outstanding customer service, going above and beyond to make us happy!
