I have been going to the Naperville location for about two years for my 2020 Giulia Sport. The service I got from one of the main service managers, Buddy, has been nothing short of excellent. He always explains what is going to happen, how long it's going to take, and responsive with updates. He is very knowledgeable about the Alfa Romeo line and is direct and transparent with his recommendations. He's also a very friendly guy. He is the best service manager I've ever encountered and that's saying something.
