Just a great experience. Warm people, they know their products. I worked with Horatio and not only does he know every specification of each model and year of the cars we spoke about, he was very down to earth on not 'selling me' but informing me with everything I needed to know to make the right decision. Horatio will become my go-to guy. Plus, the fact that they are part of the AutoNation group so, in this case, they own other Lexus dealerships). My mother bought her Cadillac there as well.
