2026 Porsche Cayenne -

This might be a long one… Can’t be more impressed! Purchased a 21 Civic Type-R today. Saw it Saturday (just before they were closing, they stayed late for me) super polite young man ,Lance, showed us the car and took us on a test drive. The General Manager, Che, (came out to greet us and say hi ( when does that happen at a dealer?). ZERO PRESSURE just said glad we could show you. Talked about it at home and called them Monday to make the deal. Again ZERO PRESSURE and got a fantastic deal. Way lower than market. Went back today to finalize and again the attention from the crew was outstanding. Really felt like royalty there. And remember we weren’t buying a $150K Porsche but a little Honda civic. Thanks Che, Jay, Grace and Lance. Excellent job. Hope to see you guys again for something else

I recently purchased a used vehicle at this dealership and the whole process went above my expectations. My salesperson, Desiree Madden, was very transparent, accommodated my requests, and kept me updated every step of the way. As with any vehicle purchase, several options were offered to me during the process but I did not feel pressured to accept one way or another, which was very much appreciated. Soon after purchase, I did find that there was a slow leak in one of my tires and Desiree as well as the service manager, Ric Krajewski, were very willing to help get the issue addressed with little effort on my end. In all, I appreciate the courtesy of the staff here and I look forward to bringing my vehicle back for maintenance and service in the future.

The folks at Porsche Detroit North were incredibly helpful through the process of buying a vehicle. I was treated as a human being and not just a dollar sign. Desiree in particular was so incredibly helpful and kind, going as far as to check-in and make sure I was okay following a tornado that touched down in my town last week before I even locked in that I was buying a car. I was supported every step of the way, every question I had was answered honestly and transparently. I really can't say enough good about my experience. I traveled all over South-East Michigan trying to find the exact right car for me, so finding this place and working with the folks I worked with really put my mind at ease and I am so happy in my new SUV.
