Bought a used car here with Nancy J. Just wanted to give her a shout out to her for making me feel at ease and valued. Best car buying experience I've ever had. This was my fourth car purchase. First time with Piazza and I will definitely be looking to return when needing to replace this vehicle if Nancy is still there.

My partner and I were extremely stressed going to buy a car in a short amount of time, but we were able to get the car that we wanted at a really good price. I could not ask for a better dealership. They are great all around. I had an issue with the radio in my 2016 Honda Pilot and my service advisor went above and beyond getting the issue resolved for me. I will be requesting this service advisor every time going forward!! Here is a pic of the Pilot I still love 7 years later on one our trips to the Finger Lakes.
