2026 Porsche Cayenne Base

So many amazing things to say about the staff! Ted was my sales guy, super knowledgeable, not pushy, listened and got me into a vehicle that I didn't have on my short list. After driving a few different vehicles he asked me if I would be willing to drive something different. I did and LOVED! Whole process was great. I have now had my vehicle for about 6 months and I love it. Ted still helps me out when I have questions! Also, service department is awesome! Todd is easy to get ahold of and got me right in for my oil change and then for a software update. The team in service that I saw were all helpful and made the process seamless. Todd was getting paperwork going, another guy was getting my insurance card and a 3rd had the rental car ready and warmed up for me. I was in and out and only thing anyone had to wait on was me getting g my insurance card. Pickup was just as quick and easy! Plus they leave a thank you card and cookie! Honestly 0 complaints with Porsche!

I had an excellent experience with the entire service team at Porshce Kansas City. Everyone was professional, responsive, and truly attentive throughout the process. A special thank you Joe - he went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. His communication and care really stood out. This is now my 3rd Porsche, and the level of service has been consistently outsdtanding every time (13 years) It's exactly why I continue to choose Porsche. Highly recommended.

Picked up a bolt in one of the tires of my Boxster 718 while driving thru KC recently - got towed in late and next morning, Joe and his team put on a couple new rear tires and got me back on the road very quickly. Quite friendly and was grateful they were able to get me done first thing in the morning.
