This dealership treated me like gold. Other places jerked me around and told me my car had negative equity and threw me to the side. Decided to give Zimbrick a try before just giving up. Eddie treated me very well and so did the manager. They gave me a great deal on my trade in and I got the new car I wanted. Didn't think I would leave that afternoon with a new car and Zimbrick came though. They told me I definitely didn't have negative equity. They also didn't have a bunch of add on stuff like nitrogen in the tires, the kind of things that make the car way above MSRP. Very clean dealership. Had free drinks while we waited. Definitely and highly recommend giving them a shot when you need a new car. I only dealt with Eddie but I'm pretty sure they are all professionals!!
We had a great experience purchasing our new car at Zimbrick Hyundai Eastside. Everybody who helped us through the process was excellent. I’d like to give a special shout out to Eddie our sales person who did a great job guiding us through the process. We love our new Hyundai Santa Fe!
