2026 Porsche Cayenne Base

I recently purchased a 2026 Cayenne GTS from Zimbrick Porsche in Madison and my experience was truly exceptional. Ted was my salesman and was so pleasant to work with and had excellent communication and customer service skills. I live in Minnesota, so the sale took several days to set up before I made the drive to Madison, and Ted was there to help every step of the way via many calls, texts, and emails. Steven was the finance manager I worked with and he was also excellent. Together, we had everything worked out and ready to go before I arrived, and my check out only took 30 minutes! This sets a new record for ease of purchase and personal satisfaction for me, and it added so much to the experience of getting a new Porsche. Even though it's a 3.5 hour drive for me, I just found my new Porsche store! Thank you so much Ted and Steven!

Update 1/30/2025: Just had the first opportunity to have service done on our Porsche Macan, a software update. Great experience - easy scheduling, extremely pleasant service staff. Free loaner car. Service was completed on time, car was washed and charged when I picked it up. One of the reason to buy a Porsche, the after purchase service is awesome. It's been a journey. First drove the 2025 Porsche Macan in October of 2024, and placed a Downpayment to order a 4S when an assignment became available. By April we were notified that we ahd been assigned a build slot. First - Ted Peterson was awesome to deal with. I knew that it was going to take a while - but we were able to get the build we wanted. Second, the Porsche app was the star of the show. We were able follow the build through the 11 step process. From factory to ship to across the atlantic. It was great to be that involved. When the car reached Madison, I was notified. Third, Delivery was a breeze, Finance manager was great! We paid cash, but working through all the paperwork. Fourth, Back to Ted, he took the time with my wife - in explaining everything - she is the primary driver of the car. he was patience and answered all of her questions. I'm sure we will have more. Great car! Great Buying experience!
