Exceeded expectations. Hassel free experience! We purchased a Taos SE, our salesperson, Gates was very knowledgeable and informative on all the features of the car. He respected our budget and didn't try to put us into something we couldn't afford....we really appreciate that!! Also, the willingness to help us out with our trade. From the sales manager, Philip to Andrea in finance everyone was friendly and helpful!! Most importantly though we love our new car and are extremely happy with it.

A check engine light came on in the first night of my cross-country road trip. I limped into Paramount Volkswagen of Hickory the next morning hoping that I wouldn't have to give up on my journey. In particular, Heather Maynard was so welcoming and helpful (& Sara Pridgen provided kind support), and the team got me back on the road safely and swiftly within the same morning. I felt like I didn't just find great service advisors, but I found wonderful service *advocates* at Paramount VW of Hickory. I am so grateful for this team and experience. Who would've thought a check engine light would lead to a highlight of a road trip!
