My experience ordering a 2026 Macan GTS with Ben Davis of Hennessy Porsche North Atlanta was pleasant. Ben was options knowledgeable and kept me informed all 6 months I had to wait for the vehicle to arrive at the dealership. I had an exceptional experience buying my new Porsche 718 Boxster 2025, Special thanks to Tipley Myles and Scott Hamilton. From the beginning, they were incredibly attentive and professional, taking the time to understand my budget and specific needs.I was particularly impressed by their excellent communication throughout the entire process and their dedication to get 718 Boxster. They went above and beyond by my transporting favorite color from Florida to Atlanta ,which was greatly appreciated. I felt welcome and like a valued customer well before my expression of interest in purchasing a vehicle. I’d come by in hopes of walking the lot with my son to check out some cool cars on a random Saturday afternoon, and we were encouraged to spend as much time as we’d like! We spent about an hour just hanging out, talking to owners, etc.. and everyone was extremely kind. By the time we left my kid was loaded up with more snacks than he could handle and my passion for the brand was re-charged by the wonderful time we had. Fast-forward a few weeks and I reached out about a Carrera T and from there we were off to the races. Following up on the high bar set from our initial visit, Mike McPherson created the most personal, thorough, and warm buying experience I’ve ever had. From our extremely detailed call whereby we went over every single aspect of my spec, Mike started with understanding what my goals were and either validated my selections, made suggestions where appropriate, or helped put into perspective what really living with certain selections would look like, leaving me with a totally personal and beautiful spec that we were both confident I’d love. From there Mike kept me super looped in at every step of the journey from order-locking to my car’s eventual delivery from Germany– providing personal video updates along the way. Then came delivery day where Mike provided an extremely thorough vehicle and feature walkthrough. I truly left feeling like I knew everything I needed to get moving comfortably in my new car. After-sales has been amazing too, where Mike has offered secondary overviews, and checking in with me just see how things have been going. Mike is an exemplary representation of what superior experience creation looks like!
