I recently considered trading in my 2020 Porsche for a new model and scheduled an appointment with Sales Consultant, Lance Devlin, at Ray Catena Porsche. Lance took the time to walk me through several vehicles, but I was still unsure about which model to choose after our meeting. Throughout the week, Lance stayed in touch, providing more options and even offering to locate vehicles they didn’t currently have in stock. After visiting other dealerships, it became clear that the level of customer service I received from Lance was unmatched. The other sales associates didn’t put in nearly the same effort. Lance and his team went above and beyond, and he ultimately found me a stunning brand-new Porsche Cayenne Coupe with all the features I wanted. They gave me a great deal on my trade-in, and Lance made the purchase process incredibly smooth, handling everything from paperwork to financing, insurance, and the service package I needed. He also introduced me to Zach Carbonaro, who explained all the service options, including tire coverage and paint protection. Both Lance and Zach were professional, efficient, and respectful of my time, especially since I came in late after work and wanted a quick, hassle-free experience. Michael Marinelli is a great salesperson whom I know for long time . Chris Violante is the one who kept me in Porsche family for last 18 years. Newest Macan EV 4 is my 9th Porsche I leased from Ray Catena .. I love the place and the people there . I am always welcomed and treated like a family to them .
