2026 Porsche Cayenne Base

From start to finish, they kept in constant contact, explained everything clearly, and made sure I always knew what was going on with my vehicle. What really stood out was how much effort they put into helping me work through some repair coverage with a third party. They went out of their way to meet with them and help get things reviewed and taken care of, which I truly appreciated. They didn’t have to do that, but it showed how much they care about their customers and doing things the right way. Overall, the team was professional, fair, honest, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. You can tell this dealership takes pride in customer service, and it definitely shows. We settled on pricing on the first phone call, and that pricing was honored with no surprise fees or addons. All requested items on my lengthy pre-delivery checklist were honored. Communication remained prompt and crisp throughout, including a couple of follow ups post-delivery thanking me for the business and ensuring that any outstanding needs were addressed. One of the easiest and most stress-free transactions I’ve ever had. Despite the fact that I’m 2,000 miles away from Grand Rapids, I’m committed to working with the Fox team again on another Porsche purchase in the (hopefully near) future.
