I just felt compelled to take a moment and give a huge thank you and shout out to Anton Pankrushin. He’s the General Sales Manager at Gold Coast. So i actually bought my car 2 years ago and I realized recently that my original salesman made an “oops” on something that was important. Anton wasn’t the manager at the time- ( and the salesman since has moved on), but when it was brought to his attention, he made a point to make it right. It is so comforting to know that there are still people in this world who are willing address and correct errors that are made even when he didn’t have to. Anton resolved the issue and I am very happy with the outcome. He has a customer for life. Porsche Gold Coast is very lucky to have him. He is a man of integrity. When you go there, ask for Anton. What a great car purchasing experience. I've worked with a number of Porsche dealers both in and out of the area and this has to be one of the smoothest experiences that I've had. Literally EVERY person I came in contact with couldn't have been more professional or pleasant. Wade Hui was the sales person that I worked with. I was interested in a GT3. I live in NJ so our initial interaction was over the phone. Wade sent me pictures of the car and took all the information on my trades. We negotiated over the course of a few days and were able to agree on numbers that made sense for both sides. Wade was always patienet and professional in all the interactions that we had. I felt like he was working to get me the best deal possible. Over the course of completing the transaction I came in contact with a few other individuals at the dealership, Luis Tinoco (General Sales Manager), Robert Rodriguez (Salesperson) and Andre Cole (Salesperson)...all were very knowlegeable and passionate about Porsche and cars in general. Dealership was a good size with a nice waiting area, good snacks and refreshments. Nice cars on the showroom floor to pass some time looking at. One of the vehicles that I traded in was a Corvette and the pre/during/post sales experience at Gold Coast is a reminder of why the Porsche brand is so much better than many of the other options that are out there.
