I have purchased several vehicles from Galpin Lincoln/Land Rover for two reasons: 1 - Best selection/prices 2 - Samie, the best sales specialist in the entire Galpin Family business! Customer service is a key component of car sales, as you are buying from the sales person more so than the actual vehicle. Samie goes above and beyond to find the BEST deal for the customer, not just the dealership. He has steered me away from making “bad” financial decisions in the past because he is truly looking out for his clients. I just purchased a 2024 Nautilus and the best aspect of working with Samie was his willingness to do everything virtually. Samie did everything via phone and text contact. I paid virtually, accepted the deal online, and sign all documents in my work office, as he delivered the Nautilus to my job for my convenience! It was definitely the very best car purchase experience to date.
