I think dealerships get a bad rep for a number of reasons. One reason is that It's hard to make most people happy anymore. My salesman, Joe Enzler was great. He was kind and courteous, respectful and professional. And we even had a few laughs. It was a pleasure to speak with him. He answered all of my questions and dispelled all of my concerns. Then there's Polly in Finance. She was very upbeat and humorous. I can't count the number of times we laughed together on the phone. I never felt pressured and everything was well explained.
