Went to purchase a 21 Challenger 1320 on a rainy day. I've owned one before so knew it was what I wanted. Did a quick walk-around of the vehicle and took her for a drive. Purchased when done with the test-drive, super easy, no pressure, no shenanigans in the finance department. Got her home and took her to a friend to show her off. That's when we noticed some minor cosmetic damage to the front fascia (crack) which I had not observed on my brief walk-around. Called up Certified Benz and Beemer and arranged to have it looked at the next day. Sales manager was great, he took one look at the car and assured me they would have it repaired at no additional cost. Set a drop off date for the work right there before leaving. Everything worked out as promised and went smooth as silk. Could not be happier with my experience and will definitely buy from again.
I just want to thank Danny Quintana and his crew for one of the best car buying experiences. From the original phone call with Danny he stayed in touch every step of the way. Even on his day off. No wonder his wall is covered with salesman awards. I came from out of state to pick this car up and took a chance without physically looking at the car.
