Great dealership with even better people! Their maintenance tech "Shrek" is a guru. Their salesman Monte was kind and understanding. Really listened to our wants and needs. Managers were available but not too pushy. Dealer was second to none, I literally saw him sweeping while everyone was working! Nick, our finance officer was straight and honest. Really best experience ever had! And they were nice enough to let me do a photo shoot of my Japanese Hondas too to top it all off!

We didn’t have a great buying experience. I left an honest review of that, and the GM called and asked me about what happened. He listened, apologized, and made it right. I was beyond impressed by this. Everyone can have an off day, it’s all about how you learn from it and fix it. Would absolutely recommend Crest Honda knowing they really do care about providing the best car buying experience (even if that happens to be after the fact).
