Came in to trade my car Q3 and for an A5! From the time I arrived and worked with the GM Riley and my Salesperson - Kevin... very professional and excellent customer service! The whole entire process was very easy. I felt very welcoming and taken care of. The tech guy Elijah was very professional and knowledgeable on all the features on my new vehicle. Again very impressed with their customer service and would recommend everyone to go to Kevin as your salesman and Riley, their GM! 10/10 for excellent customer service!
Audi South Austin makes everything easy. I purchased my first Audi with Stanley and I cannot recommend him and this dealership enough! Stanley made the car buying process seamless and provided top notch customer service while doing so. Every time I visit this dealership, the staff makes me feel valued and cared for. The technologist, Zach, is great as well. He is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist me with other parts of the car buying/setup process that aren’t necessarily in his job duties.
