This is the BEST auto repair facility around! For several reasons I very highly recommend NuCar Chevrolet of Lowell. Most importantly, their repair work was excellent. My car was nearly totaled in an accident. Now that whole section of my car looks like new! You’d never know that it was previously so badly damaged. I would challenge anyone to find any trace of the damage! Secondarily, the service was top-notch. From the first contact they were all highly professional, responsive, listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and were very pleasant to deal with. Thirdly, their communication was also excellent. Throughout the three weeks of extensive repairs, I received consistent texts, calls, emails, and pictures from them detailing the progress of their work. All told, I’m very happy to have chosen them to repair my car, and very pleased with the results of their performance!

The level of service provided by Pedro and the team was second to none. Pedro provided amazing details of vehicles based on what I defined my needs to be. At no point in time was their pressure to purchase. All my questions were addressed and needs met. I was impressed with the speed to complete the transaction.
