Joe was an excellent sales man. He was courteous and patient with us. We took three days and multiple trips to Thompson before we settled on the car. We even switched the color right before signing the deal , Joe and the Thompson team were happy to do whatever it took to make us happy . He did not make us feel rushed in any way. Joe was not only courteous but also extremely thorough with his car knowledge. In the end after everything was done, Joe made sure we were set up with all the features in the car. I'm not usually one to pen down reviews - often finding the task tiresome. However, my recent visit to this BMW dealership changed my mind about what I'd hesitantly term 'dodgy dealers', so I wanted to share my experience and thank Thompson BMW. I went there looking for the new 2 and 3-series BMWs. After trying a couple out and talking to Joe Sumanth - client advisor, things took a turn. Joe really got what I was after, even when I wasn't sure myself. He showed me the 2021 540xi - fully loaded with every conceivable option. I used to have a 525d back home and always wanted to upgrade to the G30 model. It was as if Joe had read my mind - the 540xi was exactly what I wanted. Making the deal was the easiest part. Compared to my past car buys in the US, this was a walk in the park. Joe knows so much about these cars, and he gave me great tips on where to get parts and how to tune it up right. I've already told my friends about it, and one of them luckily also found out about this dealership. They finalized their own purchase today and are just as thrilled with their experience.
