2014 Audi RS7 quattro tiptronic

Took my son's girlfriend to look for her first car- totally no pressure sales, just let me know he was here if I had questions, and I like that! My son bought his first car (grand Cherokee) from here and they made it a great experience for him, which I thought was important since he'll have to buy cars in the future and I didn't want his first experience to be a bad one! They got him financed at a decent rate with his down payment, and he was 18! They also helped steer him away from a sportier car that I didn't want him in as a new driver! Explained everything in detail, told him what was important when buying a car, what to expect in future dealings. A great experience all around. Jeep drives great after almost a year & never any issues. Lots of vehicles to choose from in many price ranges- it's safe to say that whatever your budget, you're likely to find something here to fit it. Great customer service... honest and proved to THIS parent that it's not always about the profit. They care about you and the car you drive off in. Been here before just to look and research and have always had a good experience, even when they knew I wasn't buying that day! I saw an suv I was interested in and contacted the dealership. Jim Castaneda took the call and immediately checked availability and scheduled an appointment. He answered all of my questions and was incredibly helpful and never pushy. My husband went to the dealership and Jim walked him through the whole process. He went above and beyond to make sure our vehicle was everything we wanted it to be, and we will be back next year to upgrade my husband's truck! Highly recommended Jim!
