2017 Audi RS7 4.0T Performance Tiptronic quattro

Bought a 2016 Infinity Q70 about a month ago. The car is great and wonderful to drive. Dennis, John and Lewis were great to deal with. They made the transaction very easy and comfortable. Note; there are NO HIDDEN FEES OR COSTS!! The whole staff is top notch! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Purchase experience was seamless and pleasant with Lew. A couple of days after the purchase, the vehicle had a bad front end vibration while driving over 55. Spoke with Dennis about the issue and scheduled an appointment to bring the vehicle back to be looked at. Dennis had the repair done (lower control arms and ball joints) the same day. He stood behind his product and service, can’t ask for more than that. Definitely recommend them.

I bought not one car, not two cars but three cars from Dennis at Select Auto in Smithtown. Right off the bat, Dennis was so easy and great to work with. Always available to talk and responded quickly to all my calls or emails. I went and looked at three different cars, 2011 BMW Sport, 2011 BMW and a 2013 Dodge Ram. I was very impressed with the cars, they were all very well taken care of. Dennis offered to help me out on one of the cars and hold it on his lot for 3 weeks until i was ready to take possession on it. Had a minor minor issue with one of the BMW's, i called Dennis to explain the issue, without hesitation he said "No problem at all, bring it back and I'll have my mechanic look at it"!! In the end it was something so little, my point is, that as soon as i called Dennis with a problem, he goes out of his way to please and make his customers happy. The problem was resolved the next day. I will continue to do business with Select Auto. Thank you Dennis and Team at Select Auto!!
