We had a great experience with this dealership. They were always available for a phone call or a test drive. One of the door handles on the car we bought ended up being broken so they ordered the part and fixed it with no extra cost. The car drives great with no issues!
UPDATE...... 6/17 After my post I was contacted by the staff. They agreed to fix my daughter’s vehicle correctly for a fraction of what it would cost me at the body shop. I will admit I was skeptical but we picked up the car today and everything had been completed. I’m happy they reached out to correct an issue with a car they purchased and sold. I’m updating my review and rating. I have posted the updated pics of my daughters vehicle! Thanks again Cars of Nashville for the customer service!
