Had an incredible experience here at Swickard Chevy. Probably the best car buying experience ever. I worked with Pejman and he is hands-down the most personable, respectful and easy to work with salesman. He was easy to work with, straight forward, and communicative early on (over the phone). I was able to secure the deal I was hoping for on a Tesla model 3 over the phone so by the time I came in we already agreed on out the door price and there were no surprises. I already told Pejman when I need to replace my other car I'm coming in to see him. All in all, great sales staff, great service, easy and smooth car buying experience. Thanks guys!
We met with Sales manager Matthew who listened carefully to our requirements and wishes. He was able to locate a vehicle to present. We sat down and explained what would make us comfortable as far as trade in and final expenses went and they were able to meet our request. Technical manager Pageman helped us set up the phone app and connect with the system He also made certain that all required information was obtained for the sale. Closing was simple and again comfortable.
