I just purchased a 2024 Tiguan from Larry Connors and highly recommend him when you visit the Drivers Village dealership. After doing my homework online, I visited 3 dealerships to compare two different models from each, so I obviously didn't plan to make a costly purchase decision quickly. Larry was polite and patient with all of my questions. I can't say enough positive things about my experience. Had a 8:00am appointment on a Saturday and the group got me in and out in about an hour. They kept me up to date on what they were doing and suggestions on a couple of items that they felt needed to be done. I did approve the additional items to be completed during this visit. I appreciate the thought behind getting my okay to change or make any repairs that may need to be completed before just doing it. When checking out, I was informed that the technician would recommend that my brakes be changed at my next service appointment and that they were nothing to worry about at this time.
