Purchased a pre-owned xc40 last week from a different dealership. I visited Paramount yesterday for some help fixing the keys to my vehicle. They are amazing. They offered me a loaner within an hour of being there. I had my daughter with me and they didn't want us to have to be stuck at the dealership. Perfect customer service all around.
