Jack is a very honest and upfront dealer, I had an amazing experience and bought a very clean Lexus that was immaculate, all of his cars are top notch and the customer service is bar none. Top notch operation. He even gave me a $300+ discount to save me some extra money on tags title etc just so that I could buy it right then and there. Very friendly, not aggressive, very approachable and kind hearted. I had an extremely long day getting yanked around by many car dealers while driving 200+ miles to one guy who was so rude so mean and lied thru his teeth when he told me he had a clean car when it was far from clean and wasted my time. This guy, jack did no such thing and it was such a breath of fresh air. My father which is extremely hard to impress was pleasantly delighted and loved the car and experience, my dad was very happy with the car I chose and the dealer we decided to do business. So much so that my father and myself are trying to buy another Lexus from him as soon as possible. I just can’t say enough good things about my experience. If you’re a women or a teen just know that you’re in good hands, he extremely honest, kind, and spends a lot of time making sure his cars are nice and clean before sale. My car was immaculate. He has leather guys come recondition the leather which makes them look new and cleans the head liner cleans the carpet trunk dash dose an amazing job on the exterior paint, basically he details all his cars before you come and look at them and if you do decide to buy he is saving you so much time an hassle. Plus if you’re paying cash he will work with you. Great guy great experience awesome company and over just a huge sigh of relief and I’m so proud of myself for waiting for the right car to come across bc I dodged a massive bull it. I’m so happy with my car and my purchase. What more could you want from him? Not sure if you’ll see this jack but thank you. I highly suggest this dealership to anyone looking for a used/new car.
