We've been working on fixing up our family cars with Action Automotive and buying used cars with them for 10+ years. We really appreciate working with Dave and Chris all these years. They also have one of the lowest "conveyance" fees in the state, plus free oil changes on the purchased vehicles. No pressure sales style, no upselling gimmicks. Truly hard to beat in CT. Dealing with Dave at Action Automotive was a great experience. I had been eyeing a Subaru Forester on his lot for a little while. I went to a few dealerships and couldn't stand the environment. I finally stopped in to Action Automotive on a Monday and took the Subaru for a test drive. By Wednesday, the car was mine. It was easy to contact Dave. He answered any and all questions that I had. He helped me get financing and that was a breeze. He provided me with all of the info I needed for my insurance agent, and that was taken care of very quickly. I would totally recommend Action Automotive to anyone! Added bonus.....Echo, Dave's dog is super cute!
