Had a great experience at Northern Lights- Pablo was easy to talk to- nice caring guy (no pressure) and knows about cars. Pablo gave me a great price- noticed there was a rusty exhaust pipe and repair it. I love my beautiful blue Honda crv- very clean inside body in great shape only one owner for this 2003. Was also pleased there was between a half and three quarters tank of gas and was freshly washed! The minor hail damage was factored into the price- I plan to fix it and will look new considering it's a 17 year old car. Many thanks gain Pablo!

For those of you who are looking for a vehicle or have found one here and would like to know about the experience and the company’s reputation, I will share with you my experience that I recently had. And it is a great one. I was searching for a BMW 5-Series for several weeks and wanted a particular one with certain features. I am very particular when it comes to a car purchase. I read a lot of reviews and spoke to a lot of different dealers and inquired about many vehicles. I found several potential ones throughout my search. What made me decided to go with this one is there was great communication and Pablo was very easy to work with. I felt he was very honest. I asked about the car and he answered all of my questions and followed up when he said he would. I notice other places did not follow up when they said they would. Pablo did and that shows he is detailed and cares about the customer. I had to work that morning and they don’t open until 10 but he went out of his way to meet me earlier for me to test drive the car. Test drive - great! Car was in great condition, was able to drive it with my wife, no hassle. Paperwork - wow! He was very professional, desk was clean, office was neat and organized, he was very clear on all of the numbers. Communication- very impressive! Told me everything about the car, offered to show me how to work the car’s features also, I only decline because I had to go to work right after. Overall experience - I would recommend anyone to this place. I had a great experience and would always consider calling Pablo for any future purchases. One of things I asked him was how long he has been in business and he said 9+ years. I owned a few business in the past and I can see why he has been in business for this long. As a previous business owner when I have a great experience I like to share that and let others know. I really value that. Any questions I asked, Pablo always had eye contact. Never was there a time I felt he was not honest. Thank you Pablo, I told you at the end of the paperwork that I would leave a review when I have a chance ( not a request by him but my own decision) I am glad to share this experience with others and let others know how great you were.
