2016 Volkswagen e-Golf e-Golf SE

I absolutely LOVE my Equinox that I purchased from here two weeks ago! The vehicle drives beautifully! I feel like I made a great decision in going here to purchase a vehicle! The car was sold to me at great price. Especially when the vehicle has everything that I wanted AWD, sunroof, remote start, heated leather seats, back up camera and navigation system ect… Definitely will recommend them to family and friends!! I actually have already recommended my little sister. She’ll be going there as soon as she can in the near future. I read in another review where the person states that the vehicle they purchased had black oil when it was purchased. 1) why did you buy it then? 2) I doubt that was true. Because I checked the oil in the vehicle that I bought from Diamond Auto of Berlin before I even test drove it and the oil was clean and clear. You could tell that the oil had just been changed. All in all it was a smooth transaction. Everything was done in a timely manner. I’m a happy customer! Thanks guys!

I purchased a 2011 GMC Terrain. The staff were kind and respectful. After purchasing, the check engine light came on for a bad catalytic converter. Once the owner found out about it yesterday he made arrangements for me to drop the car at his mechanic. They’re repairing it tomorrow under warranty. I’m hopeful for a successful experience with their mechanic. I’m thankful that Diamond Auto was willing to make this right. Thank you!!
