Went in for my first RAM TRX service and was given the best dealership treatment I have ever had. Mark the Service Manager was attentive, professional and accommodating. I am detail oriented with vehicles and all of my expectations were met by the staff. Service was thorough, bolts were torqued properly and vehicle was treated well. I have had previously poor experiences with dealerships and this most recent interaction with Santa Cruz Ram was very positive.
My car had over heating issues, so I went in looking for car services. A gentleman named Luis Flores helped me fix this issue. He was VERY polite & professional! He had my car fixed in no time. 10/10 recommend!
