2020 Toyota Supra

Toyota of Turnersville is a hidden gem with wonderful staffs. I'd love to refer anyone I know who needs a car over to this dealership because the way they do their business is just above and beyond my expectations. My journey started with a couple of inquiry phone calls to Anthony who is a very pleasant, straight-forward and knowledgeable manager there. He directed Carlos to follow up with me on the vehicle. Carlos's video walk through and his questions/answers were good for me to book an appointment for me to come in. I arrived at 9am next day, and Carlos immediately took care my auto purchasing process seamlessly. Mr. Blake's 10-year warranty on the vehicle was a great deal that I had to take it. By noon, I drove back home with my new 2024 Sienna XLE knowing that I was in a good hand. My 3-hour trip from Virginia to Toyota of Turnersville was very long but awesomely worthy.

You can tell the quality of a company best when something goes wrong. I purchased a certified 2020 Sequoia and discovered a couple significant issues right after taking delivery. I was concerned because I live over 100 miles from Turnersville and also because one of the issues was a complex 4x4 issue and the other involved painting and body work. Turnersville Toyota really treated me right! They sent a loaner car to me, took my truck all the way back to Turnersville, fixed all of the issues completely, sent the truck back and picked up the loaner. All at no charge. I would not hesitate to purchase from Turnersville Toyota again. I love my truck and trust this dealer.

Was visiting the area from out of town and was able to get an appointment the morning after my check engine light came on. Repair was completed in a timely fashion and I was updated throughout the day on the progress. Great experience!
