My Volvo 850 is 28 years old. Finding Swedish Motors has given me much peace of mind since moving away from dealership in NJ that cared for my car till moving to Pennsylvania. They did a total overhaul and detailed car. I had a loaner car which developed some problems so another loaner car was delivered for my use. note: I am an hours drive from Swedish Motors. Estimate given was right on the money. I was not made to feel bad that I want to live Volvo motto of " Volvo for life ". I will now be a loyal customer. Staff Ian, Zach and Audrey were most helpful in explaining all. Recently, 7 months hence, had an issue which was quickly handled for me. I was pleasantly surprised as my car was washed and vacuumed inside. That's great customer service!
We were able to schedule 2 visits months apart to accomplish the needed maintenance. With the help of the service director Ian, we prioritized the list and got the essentials done first. We saved the lesser concerns for the second visit. The car is running beautifully. To my surprise the car was detailed on the second visit. When I called to thank Ian he shared that it was their decision to add this service to the list for free as a courtesy. Additionally a loaner vehicle was provided for the second service which only lasted one day. And this was at no cost to me. While we paid dearly for the 60k mile service, we feel we were in good hands throughout.
