I brought my Polestar 2 in for a suspension issue and a digital key that would not pair. The suspension was fixed by the next day, which was great. I was told the key issue was because I only had one physical key, so I paid $600 for another. Even with the new key, it still would not pair. I asked about a software update and was told the car was current. I was also told, “It will start working.” It didn’t. After doing my own research, I found out my car was three versions behind. I brought it back, they updated it, and the key worked right away. Everything works great now, but I wish I did not have to figure that part out myself. Updates should be checked by default.
This is a wonderful dealership with staff that listens and makes us, the customers, feel well looked after. I purchased a Polestar two weeks ago and couldn’t be happier with the process.
