A couple days ago, I happened to get a flat just a minute away from Prestige Volvo, while running a quick errand during my lunch break. I drove up, explained what happened and Bob took care of me. By the time I came out of work, my car had been diagnosed and I was presented with options. I am a Volvo customer of a neighboring town, but Bob made me feel like I was their own. I opted to skip service, but they still set me up with my spare and offered a carwash, all free of charge. I was very impressed with the attention and I appreciate all they did for me that day! In the past, I have gone out of my way to get my car serviced at my local Volvo, but after my experience at Prestige, I will most definitely consider coming here, as it is only a couple miles from work. Excellent service!

Best dealer and body shop ever! Kyu Kim and Kelwin Castillo helped me a lot, get my front rotors replaced services covered by warranty which at first was not, fix some scratches when I replace my bumper without extra charging. Very nice and professional!
