Pinkie Promise me you will BUY YOUR CAR HERE!!! After seeing and driving multiple vehicles, I knew I wanted a Mitsubishi Outlander. We almost purchased one on the others side of San Diego...but wanted to see what other options there were, and so glad we did. Mr. Louis Clarke our sales person was extremely professional and patient. Once I decided what I wanted, he was able to find me exactly the car with the right color and the right trim. We then spoke to the sales manager Mr. Monrroy. With his knowledge and experience, he guided us through a less than ideal trade in situation with negative equity and helped us put a deal together with financing. Frank then helped us with the financial paperwork. He was very helpful and had a great sense of humor. Even better, Frank called once we got home to let us know he found us a better rate and was going to lower our payment. I could not be more pleased with our car buying experience and will recommend everyone I know to get a Mitsubishi, and get it from Mossy Mitsubishi in Escondido.
