My Taco broke down in front of the dealership while I was picking up my brother. Luckily there was a recall for exactly the part that broke. The service and moving of my vehicle was free of charge. I was not given the sales talk or charged unnecessarily. 5/5 stars

After experiencing Pasadena's Toyota dealership, I found this one to be legit (with employees who are more family oriented). Coming over here and seeing the amount of car owners waiting for their cars to be serviced says a lot about this location. They are good and easy to communicate with. They don't pressure you into buying their service package, yet they will still charge just as much as any other dealership will charge you for any repair. But when it comes to experience with dealerships and mechanics, this location got some of the best people to work with you. I just got my car back after a Diagnostic test, and it was only $195 out the door. I come here because I got a sense that there are professionals who can diagnose your car when you can't figure out what the problem may be and you have the option to either take their advise or seek help elsewhere. I hope this review helps the person who might be dealing with a car issue and does not know where to go to get the best care. Thank you.
