I had an excellent experience at Five Star Mazda! From start to finish, the service team was professional, efficient, and welcoming. A special thank you to Kaylyn Hardin, my service advisor, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. She explained the details clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure my car was taken care of quickly. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and genuinely caring about the customer experience. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend asking for Kaylyn if you want top-notch service!

5 stars is literally not enough for the outstanding customer service I recently received at Five Star Mazda. My salesperson was absolutely amazing. She was very helpful and very patient with me, throughout the process. Additionally, the manager delivered great communication with me and he reassured me that I was in great hands. Including the finance manager, he was very thorough and he answered all my questions and made sure I understood each line on my financial contract. All in all, I highly recommend Five Star Mazda!
