2024 Polestar 2

We just purchased our first EV (Polestar 3) from Prestige. I’ve never had a better experience in buying a car, primarily due to John Uy’s professionalism and knowledge of the car. Additionally, the entire staff at Prestige were fantastic.

Wow! Just, WOW! I absolutely LOVED my experience at POLESTAR of Short Hills. I recently lost my 2021 Polestar to an accident after owning it for less than two months, and John and the staff at POLESTAR and Prestige Volvo, helped me secure ANOTHER Polestar 2. Plus, I did so before the tax credits disappeared on the 30th of September of this year. I only took possession of the vehicle today, the 20th of October and I must say, I think that I’m enjoying this car MORE than the last one. This one is a different color, a newer model and has a few more bells and whistles, but essentially it’s the same car. I cannot express enough how AWESOME the entire staff at POLESTAR and PRESTIGE VOLVO were. From speaking to me on the phone, to greeting me upon my arrival and walking me through the purchasing process and even programming my new car to work with my phone. I cannot wait to continue to drive my new 2, and I will definitely be returning to POLESTAR of Short Hills in the future for my next car. I don’t think it will be that long, but honestly, if you’re in the market for a vehicle and have had less than ideal experiences with dealerships as well as salesmen/saleswomen, set your fears and doubts aside and go see John or ANY member of the staff at POLESTAR of Short Hills and PRESTIGE VOLVO. The Short Hills Polestar/Volvo is a wonderful dealership run by some of the best people I've ever encountered purchasing a car. Michael was transparent, respectful and the best salesman I've dealt with and the sales manager Jake took responsibility for a mistake without hesitation and took care of everything without question for our convenience.
