I purchased a GV70 from this dealer in 2022, had a pretty rocky experience with the previous management and how the establish was ran. Unorganized mess this place was it was like visiting hell. Brought my car in today for an oil change and inspection under the warranty we purchased and everything went GREAT! I was not expecting an entire new team but it was really nice to see. They are cleaning up the mess of the previous employees it seems so bare with them. Storm was my service contact and he was wonderful! Double checked everything and even changed the filter himself and rewrote paperwork. Communicated clearly and very polite.
