2017 Volvo S60 T5 AWD Dynamic

We just took delivery of our second Volvo XC40 for my wife and as before, we walked away with a great feeling regarding the entire process. How many times can you say that about the experience of buying a new car? The deal was fair, no haggle, and so very smooth and easy. Kudos to our salesperson, Kyle, GM Bob, and Client coordinator Valerie.

By far the easiest experience at a dealership that I've ever had. My wife Sara and I came in looking for an EX-30 and we're greeted immediately by our Salesperson Seth and given a test drive. We fell in love with the car right away and Seth walked us through the purchase perfectly, no sales tactics, no promises that he couldn't deliver, he was straightforward and honest and I loved that. When we took delivery of the vehicle, he introduced is to "the genius" Dan who walked us though all the nuances of owning an Electric Vehicle, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the interface and shared all of his tips and tricks. 5 Stars front to back, so happy we chose this dealership.

I knew I wanted to purchase another Volvo but if I had any doubt working with the folks at Volvo of Cape Cod in Hyannis would have erased any doubts. Rob the sales manager helped me personally and never stopped helping or asking what he could do to help. Terrence also assisted me and was professional, informative, patient and is clearly going to be a superstar in whatever he chooses to do. Lastly but as importantly Don explained all of the features and gadgets to me which as an older consumer was no easy task. Don was incredibly friendly and informative and “refused” to stop assisting until he was sure I was comfortable with all facets of the vehicle. As an aside I have had other Volvos which I have serviced at this dealership as well and the service department is no different and have even provided me with rides to and fro when needed. In short this dealership is a ten out of ten.
