Ashleigh was absolutely amazing, customer focused and committed to ensuring anything needed was taken care of, a true rarity when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. A fair, no haggle offer was made for my trade-in and the sales person, Minhaaj, was personable, helpful, and offered a no hassle experience that reflected he genuinely considered customer need. Needed service on my buick encore. After getting the diagnostics, I was very unhappy with the results. I decided it was best to bring my concerns to their management. After requesting a callback, the manager Ty, returned my call within the hour! He tentatively listened to everything and although he didn't have all the answers.. he took immediate actions to get them for me. He went above and beyond, getting me into a loaner quickly as they figure out the rest of my concerns. He really turned around what seemed to be another disappointing interaction with the dealership.
