Took my car in for service. Was going to take too long. They gave me a courtesy SUV for the nite because l was taking care of a friend. Went first thing in the morning to pick up my car. They detailed for me. It looked beautiful! What great service ! In the showroom there is a nice lounge area to relax while the service your car. You can hook up your laptop or just have Coffee and biscotti.
Took the car in today to have the navigation system reset.Always receive 1st class service. Kevin always make sure everything is taken care of including cleaning the car. It is 100+ degrees today but nice and cool in the showroom/ lobby. Nice place to relax with a cup of coffee and a biscotti while they service the car.
We took our Volvo to Volvo Cars Ontario for scheduled service. They greeted us right away. They asked if we needed a loaner or wanted to wait which we chose. The lobby was spacious with snacks and drinks. I noticed they take pride in lowering their carbon print. Our car was washed and vacuumed. They ensured we were pleased with our service before leaving. We are very pleased and will continue to use Volvo Ontario Cars for our cars services.
