I have been looking for a Ford Explorer ST and found one at Faulkner Lancaster ( I was a bit shocked too). I live in Maryland almost 2hrs away so I did not want to waste my time negotiating. Don was superb to work with and everything was handled swiftly over the phone. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and honest. Caleb in finance made that part of the sale go very smoothly and quickly. Joe even did a spot on job getting the vehicle cleaned and prepped. I was completely impressed with the folks there and this was the best car buying experience I have had in 20 years. They even arranged for me to get picked up at my house since it was a struggle for me to find another driver to get to PA. If this is their way of doing business with a Ford trade in, I can’t imagine how well one would get treated purchasing a Volvo! I’ve never bought a car from out of state but would absolutely do it again with the team at Faulkner Volvo Lancaster!
