Drove from Boise to buy a Rivian from these guys and I will straight out say it: they have some of the best customer service I have ever had at a dealer. They were very accommodating, honest, and friendly. I worked with Micheal and Zach and both were 10/10, just don’t forget to give the dog some pets when your there. Absolutely one of the best dealership experiences ever. My salesman Chandler was incredibly knowledgeable of the XC90 plug in. His junior assistant Kyle was very helpful as well. They worked really well together. It was as if Chandler would ask Kyle to jump to it and Kyle would ask HOW HIGH? It was amazing service. All and all a great experience.
