First off I want to thank Volvo Cars Winston-Salem for making this such hassle free process, even though things on my end were not. Allie was nothing short from amazing. I gave the criteria on what model and upgrades I wanted and the list was looked over and the vehicle I wanted was found. Being at the dealership wasn’t possible and having the option to be on a FT call while seeing the vehicle made things even better. I would like to thank the owner of Volvo of Winston Salem he did reach out to me to offer his apologies for the experience that I had when I took delivery of the vehicle. I appreciated the opportunity to speak to him about my concerns and he assured me that he addressed my concerns to his staff to better handle such situations. Like I mentioned earlier in this post it was the lack of customer care/support that I felt I did not receive. However, the owner took care of that. And I appreciate that immensely. Just stopped in yesterday for my first visit to Volvo in Winston Salem and worked with Dallas Lee!!! From the time I walked in everyone was very nice and inviting and made you feel welcomed..... not your typical used car feeling with salesmen just waiting to pounce on you. Dallas took pride in where he worked and was very thorough explaining the ins and outs of the Volvo S60 on our test ride. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, though the quality of the car and independently owned dealership with such high standards in care to their clients, ended up in a car deal. I couldn't be happier with the new car, the care this dealership provides with each car purchased (free oil changes, tire rotations, car washes and state inspections) and just the family feel overall. I would highly recommend Volvo in Winston Salem and Dallas! He is just the best! Thank you again!
