2023 Volvo XC60 B5 Ultimate Bright Theme AWD

In mid January of 2024, Eugene experienced a massive ice storm that caused widespread power outages and damage. As the weather began to turn, we made a three hour drive up from Southern Oregon for a major service at Sheppard Volvo. Within a day of our arrival, we were notified that our service would need to be rescheduled. Understanding we had driven up specifically for this service, Brandon Burns and Wes Simonet opened their facilities specifically for our appointment which ultimately involved replacing breaks and changing fluid. We are incredibly grateful for the incredible service and care we received at Sheppard Volvo. Thank you Brandon and Wes for going above and beyond!

Brandon (service advisor) and Braeden (hybrid master tech) recently fixed my T8's hybrid battery and HVCH. In both cases the PZEV/hybrid warranty terms were a little ambiguous, but Brandon successfully got them covered with Volvo corporate (thank you!) Brandon gave me an accurate schedule for the repair and Braeden fixed it correctly the first time, on time. Both repairs happened within a few days of arrival of parts - they seem to have lots of capacity/schedule availability. If you're stuck waiting for a big service in Portland this might be worth a trip. The Volvo T8/recharge cars are some of the most complex cars you can buy, but the ability of Volvo Eugene to repair them quickly makes me unworried about owning one. I realize this story - they quickly diagnosed my car, communicated a schedule, stuck to it, and fixed my car correctly the first time (twice!) - might seem pedestrian, but if you've dealt with car repair much, you know this is a minor miracle. Add to that the fact that these were warranty repairs where I had almost no expectation of special treatment or service, and yet, there it was. Thanks Brandon and Braeden.

We love our Volvo XC60! Val, Mark, and Tyler and the entire sales team made the buying experience comfortable and easy.
